Truly a classic. Gin from Jersey. Made by us with local grains. We use our wheat spirit, "Mother Spirit", that could have become a vodka and we join it with our unique blend of juniper and herbs. redistilled a second time, the Spirit becomes a clear expression of those added herbs. Sublime in a martini. Terrific with tonic. Bright, fresh and definitely not your grandfather’s gin.
