The Chocolate Reserve is the first Spirit in our collection that was created entirely by my sons. It represents the future of Independent Spirits Distillery. Erik distilled a smooth corn whiskey and Mark blended in Ecuadorian cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans and our home-made simple syrup. It took three years for them to agree it was finally done. Now it is a favorite on our menu and a top seller. With a strong chocolate nose and a nice balance, our Chocolate Reserve is a delicious addition to your spirit collection.
